Excellent customer service! A floral arrangement intended for another family was mistakenly delivered to my home, so I called The Flower Nook to let them know. Their driver promptly came to retrieve and to my surprise, he brought a beautiful bouquet for me as a thank-you. As someone who works with clients every day, I truly appreciated how thoughtful and kind that gesture was. I’ll definitely be ordering from them the next time I need flowers!
